CRUZ AZUL knock off the Crew 2-0
I caught the broadcast of Columbus against Cruz Azul last night from Crew Stadium and was disappointed in the light turn-out for an intriguing game.
Of course Cruz Azul is the former squad of Luis Landin and also includes former FC Dallas and Chivas USA midfielder Ramon Nunez whose stock has risen once he left MLS.
He is a starter as well with the Honduran national team on many occasions.
I am still a big fan of Robbie Rodgers merely for the fact that he can beat people off the dribble. Makes a game interesting.

The local Fox television station is reporting that Brian Ching has been re-signed with a 4 year deal. Though, no financial terms were mentioned in the article.

One less worry about the offseason.

If you take away groups and look at the complete table of the Concacaf Champions League you will see something really tragic…

Houston Dynamo are the only MLS Team to be showing any heart…

  3. Danny Lopez says:

I feel the game against Pachuca is a must win for the Dynamo, and MLS. A win on Wednesday and the Dynamo will be in the driver’s seat to win the group. A tie or a lose is not the end of the world, they would still be in position to reach the quarterfinals. But I think that a win will give the Dynamo first place in Group A, home-field advantage in the quarterfinals, and they wouldn’t have to face a Mexican team in the quarterfinals. Plus, the all-important bragging rights for us against Pachuca.
