This just came in…Major League Soccer will host a media teleconference call today, Saturday March 20th beginning at 12 central standard time with key individuals involved in the league’s collective bargaining agreement negotiations.
This announcement comes six days away from the opening of the MLS season this Thursday.
Lets hope this is good news.

It seems like it would be good news, wouldn’t it? They wouldn’t be holding a press conference with “key individuals involved” if it weren’t, I’m thinking.
Trouble is, we’ll be on our way to the wet and cold stadium rally at noon, so we’ll miss out on the announcement, whatever it is.
Lets get these deal done. I cant wait for the season to start.
Please, please, please, be GOOD news!! Everyone needs this to be a mutually beneficial agreement. Give and take, not all one sided. Please MLS, go in the RIGHT direction for the sport for long term growth.
