Manchester United rescued two points on almost the final touch of the ball when Carlos Tevez steered in a corner kick. United were clearly outplayed by Spurs at White Hart Lane in a game that included tons of yellow cards and players contesting the referee on almost every call.
Watching it at home on Setanta I was both amazed at the behavior and angered at the amount of times the game was held up. Even Lou Macari the former Manchester United star was clearly exasparated by the behavior of the players during the game.
Spurs where the better team and a moment where they lacked concentration cost them in front of their home fans. Dimitar Berbatov at that point had the lone goal.
United did not deserve the point and one can only imagine how important it could be in their race of the EPL title with Arsenal who are now top of the league.
