4. Play hard, play fair- leave it all on the field, do it fairly with respect to your teammates, fans, opponents.
5. Respect Referee’s- The ‘Man in the middle’ has a difficult job. Respect his or her decisions.
6.Emotional Control-During the intensity of a game, balanced emotions help a player make better decisions. Red cards for lack of control are selfish and hurt your team.
7.Create your won training environment-Train by yourself or with friends. The game is the best teacher.
8. Eat and rest properly- diet and rest can give you the edge on game day. Smart soccer players don’t use drugs or alcohol.
9.Be a fan- Watching soccer on tv or attending games live (Dynamo) can help make you a better player and support the growth of soccer. A picture is worth a thousand words.
