Dynamo take on DC tonite in the nations capital……more notes on the global game

The Houston Dynamo return to the site of their MLS Cup triumph in 2007 when they won the MLS Cup 2-1 over the New England Revolution at RFK Stadium.
Lots of interesting side-bars to this game that you can catch tonite on KHOU 11.2 or FOX Houston, kick-off is at 6:30 central time.
Both teams have yet to record their first win of 2009.
The Dynamo come off a 3-2 loss at San Jose while DC United drew 1-1 with Chicago last week. Both teams looking for that first confidence building win of 2009.
A couple of things to think about:

*Brian Ching is back available as is Kei Kamara up front.
*Will the Dynamo change their system to match DC United 3-5-2?
*DC still have individuals that can create chances for themselves including Luciano Emilio, Jamie Moreno and newly re-signed Christian Gomez who helped lead them to a title in 2005. Gomez was last at Colorado.
*How does Dominic Kinnear re-structure midfield for tonite’s game? Does Stuart Holden and Brian Mullan play wide?
Does Holden go central?
*Does DC go with Chris Pontius and Rodney Wallace out wide against the Dynamo? Both are rookies.
Lots of interesting sidenotes so don’t miss this one tonite……..What are your thoughts on this game?
