While Felix Garcia did not pan out right away for the Dynamo and he is back finishing school. It is completely the opposite for Danny Cruz a Dynamo draft choice. Cruz starred in a 3-0 win over Jamaica in the Concacaf U20 World Cup qualifying in Trinidad and Tobago. He produced two assists while Garcia was not selected for the squad by manager Thomas Rongen.
The two players had distinctively different personalities. Cruz seemed ready to embrace the Dynamo full on while Garcia seemed reserved and over-awed. Two players at different places in life.

River Plate has asked striker Cristian Fabbiani to lose weight. Their striker made light of the issue which has now come to a head after River Plate was hammered 5-1 by San Lorenzo last weekend in Argentine league play.
Nicknamed the “Ogre” because of his resemblance to Shrek, Fabbiani’s mother even has been interviewed on his dietary habits.
River Plate contest that they want Fabbiani to be a 90 minute player and losing weight will get him to that point.
Fabbiani was acquired from Newells Old Boys.
