Flashback to the 2006 World Cup and the amazing and emotional match between hosts Germany and Poland.
The game ultimately turned out to be one of the most amazing games of the 2006 World Cup.
Today the two teams will meet again in an emotional and historical match in the European Championships.
This game will be the perfect primer before heading out to Robertson Stadium tonite to catch the Dynamo vs. Toronto F.C.
Players to watch for Germany: Michael Ballack, Miroslav Klose, Bastien Scweinsteiger
Players to watch for Poland: Maciej Zurawski
The Dynamo will have the edge with a squad nearly full other than Eddie Robinson serving a suspension and Wade Barrett a question mark with a groin injury. With 8 of their next 11 at home the Dynamo are set to go on a run again that is similar to last year.
Keep on eye on Toronto F.C. midfielder LAURENT ROBERT who spent some solid years at Newcastle United in England. Robert who representd France 9 times is skilled and excellent off set pieces. He also returns after suspension. Toronto looks to establish intself on the road.
By the way I returned from Columbus today and the Crew could just not get Robbie Rodgers or Guillermo Barros Schelotto involved during the run of play last night. Credit the San Jose Earthquakes for a great road effort in a 2-0 win at Columbus.
Ryan Johnson and Ramiro Corrales producing headers and the Crew are now four plus games without a goal.
Were the early season results just a flash in the pan for the Crew.

Do you like the new set-up at Robertson Stadium with El Battalon in the North End and the Texian Army in the South?
This one is still up for judgement from me. Enjoy the games today and let me know your feedback…..
