Solo handled things poorly, but why does Ryan extend the drama now past the WWC by not starting Solo and not allowing her to even go to the game? Andrea Canales' article is correct. Solo is being made a scapegoat for a coach who coached his team right out of the Brazil game. Ryan is obviously a brittle guy. Mourinho regularly laughed off nonsense like this and many worse things.
